We pride ourselves on our excellent levels of service and knowledge of our experienced optical staff. Our established reputation has allowed us greater buying power directly from some of the most exclusive designer brand manufacturers. This allows us to offer our customers the latest designer eyewear at extremely competitive prices.

Absolutely Yes! We guarantee that all of our products are 100% Authentic. Designer Glasses are authorised sellers of all brands that we stock. All of our products are entirely genuine and purchased directly from the brand manufacturers.

Every product comes with any manufacturer included accessories such as storage case and cleaning cloth as well as any manufacturer anti-counterfeiting features such as security tags and serial numbers which can be checked for authenticity. All our products will include a manufacturer’s warranty card.

We take our reputation very seriously and do not condone counterfeiting. It damages our industry and ultimately consumer safety due to the use of inferior quality products and in the case of sunglasses sometimes little or no UV protection.

At Designer Glasses we take all possible steps to ensure that ordering with us is as safe and secure as possible. Your personal information remains 100% confidential at all times. All online payment transactions are directly processed through WorldPay, one of the largest online card payment processors.

Neither Designer Glasses nor any other third party will have access to your financial information (credit card numbers etc.). Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds.

Our head office store is in Thamesmead where we have an extensive range of designer glasses and prescription sunglasses in stock. Our experienced customer services staff and optometrists will be happy to give you any advice regarding your order, prescription or other eyewear requirements including arranging an eye test if required. 

We accept all major credit/debit cards. Our payment processor WorldPay also accepts PayPal™ as a method of payment.

Yes. We have been delivering quality designer eyewear to our overseas customers for many years.

Whilst we will be as flexible as possible and will ship to addresses worldwide, occasionally our strict anti-fraud policies highlight certain countries or regions from where high levels of fraud are being perpetuated. This may result in additional checks being carried out before an order is despatched or even certain countries being temporarily blacklisted thus resulting in no orders being accepted from customers residing there.

Note: Again due to our anti-fraud policy, once an overseas order has been placed, the delivery address cannot normally be changed.

In order to qualify for a full refund or exchange, any eyewear purchased from Designer Glasses must be returned in perfect, unworn condition within 7 days of the order despatch date for all UK orders and 14 days for international orders. Provided you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order online, we may be able to cancel or make changes to your non-prescription order. This can only be done by telephone. Please speak to one of our customer services staff on + 44 (0)800 731 8118.

Note: All refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number for your shipment. The progress can be monitored directly from the courier website.
